Fun with Bathroom Mirrors
Sun, 02/11/2007 - 9:31pm — mikeYou should try this! Becca and Danny started making the funny faces with the bathroom mirrors. You place your nose on the edge of the outside mirror and look at your reflection. It is very fun to make yourself have one nostril and a uni-brow.
Everyone started gathering around them and enjoying the show...just thought you would like to enjoy it with us.

Behold, Birthday-Balloon-Bubble-Boy "Be'eth" on Blog...
Sun, 01/14/2007 - 9:41am — mikeBoisterous Boy Beams Because of Blow-up Bouncy, Blobby, Bubbly Box-shaped Boundary Best known as Battlefield/Battleground Bedlam. Beyond Belief, Brother Baffles Bigger Brothers.
Boy, that was long! I tried to put the whole thing in the title, but it wouldn't alow it. 27 'B's! Beat that! Well, I promised Adam that I would post him with his balloon on the blog if he were to wash the dishes, which he did. He got to go to a birthday party yesterday with one of those blow-up bouncy areas. He had tons of fun (and candy). Just thought I would share that with you!

Fri, 03/24/2006 - 11:31am — melindaYesterday was my friend Paul's birthday. He and his roommate Derek are great friends, former missionary companions (served in Tucson, AZ), and current home teaching companions (they teach me and my roommates). One thing they share in common is a love of puns.
I have always liked puns, but being around these guys has made me really love puns. So...for Paul's birthday, I decided to make him a card based on a pun and give him a list of puns I found on the internet.
The card went something like this (with illistrations and fun lettering Ü):
So it was my birthday. I had a big party, and my friend made me a birhtday cake. He brought it out, and it was a savory cake. It had a doughy base with cheese and all sorts of toppings sprinkled on top. I said, "That must have taken a lot of effort to make." And he said...
(then on the inside...)
... "No, it was a pizza cake."
Heee heeee heeee! Ü
A couple of my favorites:
* A rubber band pistol was confiscated from algebra class because it was a weapon of math disruption.
* He said I was average - but he was just being mean.
* When the smog lifts in Los Angeles, U C L A.

Mon, 09/26/2005 - 8:00am — joefreeHere is a picture that Adam likes to draw lately. It is a T-Rex with an apple tree (T-Rex's are taller than trees - according to Adam) and a volcano. He wanted to get it to Joseph. So here you go Joseph!
Here are his words to Joseph:
"I hope you like my picture and it has my name on it. And I love you and I hope you come back soon. And I hope you have good time at your mission.
And I hope you have a good time at your own city. And I hope you like your own house. And that's all."

Mon, 09/05/2005 - 3:25pm — brettMesa Scorpions...
Sat, 08/27/2005 - 9:34pm — joefreeTonight we went on a scorpion hunt in our yard. You have to do that every so often, seems to be the only effective way to keep them out of your house. So we go out with a black light and some walking sticks and look for the bright green specks on the walls. It is pretty exciting. Our good friend, and new Mesa resident, Dan Crites, came over to help us get 14 tonight! (It has been awhile) He had two of the hardest catches, one high up in the eaves of the house, and one on the branch of some vines. Thanks Dan!
I realized after talking to Brett that many of you haven't been hunting with us. Here is a couple of pictures I took some time ago of a mother scorpion with babies on her back. I shot it also with the black light on. It was hard to hold still... Just looking at these and yo
