Icicles in Mesa Arizona!

Can this be true?!? Can Mesa be this cold? I never thought it possible! We usually get excited over frost on the trampoline or the neighbor's roof, but this just blew us away (back into the house because it was so cold outside). I was just going into my Dad's office when I found our Weber grill with billions of icicles on it, thanks to the spinklers. I checked the weather at 9:00 today (Sunday) and saw that we were one degree warmer than where Elder Jopes is, with us at 25˚. Then I checked Provo's weather...wow! 0˚!

That is way cool! We didn't get many icicles this year, but I remember walking to Orem Elementary (OES) and breaking icicles off and licking them like Popsicles. Yeah, I know, thats kinda gross, but I was young and innocent. As long as they aren't yellow! =P
