Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Cookies (makes 60)

Cream:
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar

Beat in:
2 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Stir in:
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. flour

Add:
2 1/2 c. oatmeal
1 c. chocolate chips

Bake at 350˚ 10-15 min

Wow! That looks wonderfully tempting Mike! I'll bet your roommates are happy tonight. Your Bishop might like a plate tomorrow too. We'll have to try out the recipe soon. Love ya!
