3-5lbs of Pork Chop
Worchester sauce
Tabasco Sauce(Original, or Chiptole), ~Substitute favorite hot sauce
Any number or barbecue sauces depending on your families taste.
Orange Juice, Frozen or mixed.
Season All

Take nice thick pork Chops, Costco seems to be the place that provides the best ones here, running about 1 3/4 to 2 inches thick.
Slice the chops right after buying, or if frozen slice them partially frozen, the thickness depends on
What you would like to use them for I go about 1/3 to a 1/2 inch, I cut them long ways so that I can
Keep the fat to one piece (you can discard the fat is you want, cooks preference.)

To all of my brothers, both in and out law, born and brought in, I want to tell you how much I admire and look up to you guys and all that you do for your family's! The patience and love that you show with your children and wives amazes me to no end! Your willingness to do whatever it takes to help your family succed is one that I am trying slowly but surely emulate. At a moments notice I know that my brothers would be there to help out those in need, and I thank you. I recall a time whe my choices were not the best and both Audrey and Jenn were sick and I was not worthy to administer to them, I called Matt and Rich and broke down in asking them to help. Not a question as to why or even a hesitation and they were there helping my family when I was not able to. THANK YOU!!!!!!

I have a query and quandry for all of you bros and sister who are more faithful in the gospel then myself. We challanged our 10yr olds to read the Book of Mormon by the end of August, when we will have a class "make-your-own-pizza" party. I am going to figure out how many chapters they need to read each week to get it done but I would like to be able to give them somthing each week of stuff they can search for in the scriptures......Like who was the one who preached with Alma in his own city, or what was Nehpi's younger brothers names? I remeber that as I was reading the Book of Mormoon as a kid, I would read it as a Saga not by the chapters, if that makes sense. and I would like be able to help these kids see that reading the Book Of Mormon can help them in other parts of there lives...... I am open to any and all suggestions. As some of you know we have had some challanges with this class and being respectlful to us and to there class mates, and I often wonder if it is how we are instructing them in class? we had a really good class today, and they participated and tried to help each other a little. So thank you to all the brothers, and brother in laws, an thank you for your input in advance. Elders Free and SIlva I expect lots of feed back from both of you as well!!!!!!

Well after chores were done and other obligations we diecided to go and awlk around UVSC to see the car show, which I found out is the second largest in the state and one of the largest in the Intermountian west. I guess up north in cache valley they have a bigger one with a cruise included in it. So Jenn and I and our girlies went walking around to see the cars, I was plesantly suprised with the variety and different types of cars they had. Everything from the close to 100k restore from the ground up job to the well maintained daily driver. So here are some pics and alos some pics of the girls enojying the spring time in our yard.
